1. Returns Eligibility

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at [support@glossup.com] with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for swift resolution.
